[Ed. Holy Crap! Is this the new mantra? Are the main stream media, as of September 24 2009 now going to be telling the public that Obama has no long form BC?

According to billboard owner Phil Wolf, Denver’s “birther boards” will go up mid-day today at Kipling and I-70 on the north side of frontage road. West-Denver commuters will be treated to compelling over-sized double-sided evidence that Americans love a distraction.

The billboards are the work of talk radio host Peter Boyles, World Net Daily, and Mr. Wolf. They are part of nationwide right-wing campaign to force Pres. Obama to produce his original long-form birth certificate.

Experts have repeated time and again that the documents presented to the country and campaign officials are real and legitimate documents and that a “long-form certificate” does not exist.

WTF? Is this direct proof that we are getting somewhere in Hawaii? WTF? Hold onto your hats, your children, your passports... I think we are leaving Kansas for real Toto. I don't recall anyone ever admitting that Obama didn't have a long form BC. Something tells me the TerriK investigation is to blame for this new mantra which appears to have been dropped as a trial balloon on Sept 24. Get to work on the Colorado Independent. We need this story to be clarified. ]

Leo finally posted an unsnipped comment from me attempting to discuss whether and where Stanley Ann and Obama Sr were married, if they were married. He previously snipped such comments declaring they were salacious and defamatory.

Now that Leo thinks he has identified a way to compel HI to deny that they have a record of a vital statistics event like a birth or marriage in their possession he should have a method of forcing HI to admit or deny that there is such a marriage record.

By including Obama’s quote from “Dreams” in my most recent comment where Obama calls the marriage of his own parents into question I think Leo (who may have missed this) can't say discussion of this marriage is defamatory.

While you and TerriK are at it I respectfully request (without a hint of previously alleged salaciousness or defamation…an allegation which I must protest as being defamatory towards my anonymous persona, Seizethecarp, on behalf of my anonymous persona …) …I request that you or others request the HI vital index history for Stanley Ann Dunham with special attention to the index for a record in which you have absolute confidence as to its existence, that being her marriage on Maui in 1961.

The best evidence to date, a 1964 divorce decree for the marriage, supports the fact of that marriage.

Note that Obama himself stated in “Dreams” without a hint of salaciousness or defamation towards his parents:

“How and when the marriage occurred remains a bit murky, a bill of particulars that I have never quite had the courage to explore.”

I think Leo is going to post evidence that the COLB was authenticated late tonight or early AM. Leo seems to have gotten onto the theory that since Obama has authorized disclosure of the COLB and apparently has also requested and received a public authentication by HI of the COLB then Obama has waived any privacy rights to the underlying vital records, at least as to the information on the COLB. Perhaps this means that the underlying vital record could be redacted for information not on the COLB, but the rest could be shown. I'm not sure.

Leo also confirmed that he will seek confirmation that HI has a marriage vital record for Obama’s parents. Leo's research that Obama is not NBC due to UK father may require an actual legal marriage (not polygamous from prior tribal marriage in Kenya) otherwise the 1948 BNA may not pass dual citizenship to Obama.
