It was an item tucked into a blog at ABCNews.com. George Stephanopoulos reported that the new “must-read book” for President Obama’s war team is “Lessons in Disaster” by Gordon M. Goldstein, a foreign-policy scholar who had collaborated with McGeorge Bundy, the Kennedy-Johnson national security adviser, on writing a Robert McNamara-style mea culpa about his role as an architect of the Vietnam War.

I think we should go with the generals (if for no other reason than Biden is an idiot). But whichever plan you like best, we are all pissed that the One keeps stalling and stalling. This is the same administration that screams we have to pass spending bills without reading them before the August recess or we are DOOMED! I think our military deserves the same, and in fact, more urgency.

What percent of “hits” to articles, such as this, are from “outside” NYTS DOMAIN, as opposed to the number of “hits” directed from accessing these articles from the NYTs’ website?
I venture to say that the majority of the “hits” are from sites such as Free Republic, et al. as opposed to DIRECT “hits” at the NYTs’ website.
I imagine the NYTs’, soon to be canned workforce is afraid to answer such a question.
