I can understand their Parents objecting to a picture on the internet. I don't know what their understanding was of why the picture was being taken. Another almost "International Crisis" averted.

The photo caused a huge stir in Spain because the public had never before seen an image of its leader's children, ages 13 and 16, who appeared in the photograph sporting slightly gothic attire. SLIGHTLY gothic attire? How are they measuring 'slightly'?

The Spanish are asking why, since Zapatero wants to bring up their kids (he’s trying to completely change the Spanish educational system and turn it into nothing but leftist indoctrination), he can’t bring his own kids up properly. They can dress the way they want, but when they’re at a public, official event, they should dress in a way that seems to respect this fact. Obviously, the goth horror show look doesn’t do this...
Spaniards are very big on appearance, and this photo has made ZP look like even more of a goober than usual. He’s an idiot, but, like Obama, a dangerous idiot.
