I knew that, I was just being silly. A little bit about my parents, though. My Mom’s Presbyterian parents were pleasantly surprised that my Dad’s Catholic parents were Republicans. This was back in the 1930’s when very few Catholics were Republicans. Unfortunately, it’s probably not too far from the truth to say today’s Republican Party is not my parent’s Republican Party.
