What cracks me up is that this thread was posted by the evos!

You can tell by the title. It actually matches what's in the article.

Evos just can’t stand the thought of not being able to control FR the way they control DC.

For whatever reason, it’s not enough that they have their own website that they can run the way they want. They have to try to take over FR and dictate that policy, too.

Hey, if the ToE is so correct and creationists and Christians are such rubes and they’re giving conservatism such a bad name, why isn’t DC doing any better? Theoretically, it should have eclipsed FR in popularity by now. You’d think that people would be leaving FR in droves and flocking there to hear the evos talk.

It’s just a bunch of sour grapes.

So much for creationism destroying the conservative movement.

Why Yes, Yes indeedy you are fella- and I’m free to call you to the carpet when you claim to represent ANYTHING in the book you feel free not to worship- See? We’re all free (not that you’d have it that way if you had your own way apaprently)

I've notices that over in the Religion forum where the have serious discussions about theological issues, they delete comments like that.

That’s a matter of opinion and since this isn’t your website and the owner sees fit to let it stay where it’s put, he apparently agrees that it is news as well.

If you’re so put out about these threads and where they’re placed, why do you hang out on FR?

Why do you post on these threads?

Why don’t you mosey on back to DC where stuff like this isn’t even permitted?

The irony of all this is that evos are allowed far more freedom in posting on FR than they’d ever dream of allowing creationists or IDers on DC and all they do is come over here and complain about how bad they have it, and how this isn’t right and that isn’t right.

I guess evos are just going to have to live with the fact that they aren’t going to be able to hijack the best forum on the internet and turn it into DC Lite.

Sucks to be them.

What some cheese with that whine?

If it weren’t for a handful of us, I don’t think anyone else would waste their time.

If the literal account of Genesis is "Fact", then any theory that disagrees with it is based on evidence known to be false - arguably a criminal offense.

Not arguably a criminal offense. Just simply wrong.

Not every one who makes a wrong assumption or conclusion is a criminal.

But coming from the crowd that proposes that a woman who miscarries be investigated for homicide, this is no surprise.

BTW, thanks for the insight into the evo thinking, exposing what would be in store for others should they ever get the control of this country like they want. Evos projections are very revealing.

So? How is that any different from DC?

DC shows us what it would be like with evos in control. Interesting that evos so regularly complain about the very things they do themselves.

And what cracks me up is illogic was attacking you earlier for butchering the title's of articles!

I guess this one...you know since it was a fellow evo...didn't count?

LOL!

You'll have to tell me. I've never been there. Do they delete those comments because you can't reasonably claim to know what someone else is thinking?

What criteria do you apply to say which is which? Are "facts" subjective?

On DC they don’t allow anything that threatens their religion to stand at all.

So what’s your point?

mm:You mean that atheists don’t have the right to file lawsuits against schools to keep creation and Christianity out any more?

“I doubt if what I meant is going to be of any consequence”

Not exactly the answer you were looking for I see.

We understand.

Typical jackbooted evo response. You can’t really blame them—after all, they have already made the teaching of Creation and Intelligent Design in our public schools illegal, so as you can see totalitarian thinking comes quite naturally to them.

The beauty of freedom of religion is that you get to profess your own beliefs. With rights come responsibilities. The responsibility that comes with the right to profess your own is that you don’t get to do it for others.

Now if you evos could just take your own advice!

For once!

Not every one who makes a wrong assumption or conclusion is a criminal.

Assumptions are speculative and conclusions are subjective. Facts are not supposed to be either. If it's going to be submitted as "fact" and expected to be accepted on those terms then the consequences of that is that anything contrary to it is fraud.

My, my...that’s an awfully loose definition of the word “trolling” that you and the increasingly lefty LGF crew are using.

BTW, you never answered my question back in the “Darwinian Doctor” thread. Jim Robinson is on record on this site supporting teaching creationism in schools, telling caramelgal to “take a flying leap” when she demanded that he cease “bias” in favor of creationism, and he personally zotted Coyoteman after telling him, “Go to Hell, troll.” So...is Jim a Christian Taliban? If not, why not?
