Not every one who makes a wrong assumption or conclusion is a criminal.
But coming from the crowd that proposes that a woman who miscarries be investigated for homicide, this is no surprise.
BTW, thanks for the insight into the evo thinking, exposing what would be in store for others should they ever get the control of this country like they want. Evos projections are very revealing.

Typical jackbooted evo response. You can’t really blame them—after all, they have already made the teaching of Creation and Intelligent Design in our public schools illegal, so as you can see totalitarian thinking comes quite naturally to them.

Assumptions are speculative and conclusions are subjective. Facts are not supposed to be either. If it's going to be submitted as "fact" and expected to be accepted on those terms then the consequences of that is that anything contrary to it is fraud.
