President Obama's "safe schools czar" is a former schoolteacher who has advocated promoting homosexuality in schools, written about his past drug abuse, expressed his contempt for religion and detailed an incident in which he did not report an underage student who told him he was having sex with older men.
"What had [God] done for me, other than make me feel shame and guilt? Squat. Screw you, buddy -- I don't need you around anymore, I decided.
"The Baptist Church had left me only a legacy of self-hatred, shame, and disappointment, and I wanted no more of it or its Father. The long erosion of my faith was now complete, and I, for many years, reacted violently to anyone who professed any kind of religion. Decades passed before I opened a Bible again."

It is really hard to imagine that a worse fiend could be found to sit in the White House.
I still sometimes feel as though I’m in some horrible nightmare and just want to wake up and see the sun rise.
I remember that at least until the late 1980s, it was absolutely normal that homosexual lobbyists would advocate lowering (or even remove) the age of consent. Not just the NAMBLA people, all of them. I wonder when that changed, and if that change was only of tactical nature..
Massmike has a link to the original “Gay Rights” platform in which they demand a repeal of ALL age of consent laws. I thought I saved it and can’t find it so I’m pinging him. They have sinced removed that “demand” and yes, it is only tactical. In fact a couple of aggressive homosexuals I discussed that with (when they banged on my door at 10 PM because they didn’t like my bumper sticker) told me that they realized that “people weren’t ready” for that particular demand.
I’ve been praying this, too. For the conversion of America, a turning back to God. Glenn Beck has been spelling this out. We’re in this mess because too many in our country have turned away from God, and we have to pray them back, and become closer to God, ourselves.
Good leaders, a good economy, etc., are blessings from God. Too many people are dismissive of this truth, because they do their thing, and the world has blinded them. They need God’s grace to see, and we who know, must ask Him for that grace on their behalf.
Although it doesn’t seem like it sometimes, God is in control, and in the end, He will be glorified. He will never leave us, nor forsake us, and He is already hearing our prayers for our beloved country.
BTW, lately if somone cuts me off in traffic, or does something annoying or stupid, I realize that this person is one of the people I pray for when I pray for everyone in America. So I calm down and pray for them individually. :-)
Keep the faith. It’s obvious that the Holy Spirit is moving us to pray as we ought. Take heart from that.

I think this “the people aren’t ready for this so we have to lie about it” thing has become a standard excuse for a lot of things among leftists. It has become so bad that you can’t trust any of them anymore. You never know if they aren’t lying about their beliefs because they think you’re “not yet ready” for the truth…

It was in the early 90s in ultra liberal Eugene, OR - some ballot measure from Lon Mabon, can’t remember, probably against teaching little kids how to practice sodomy or something. I didn’t even know these people - lived down the block. They were outraged because I look “alternative” and sold handmade craft stuff at the Saturday Market. No one who “lookded like me” could be conservative! Ha!

These Czars are like political commisars in the Russian Army, that kept the military on the correct political track. These guys are extreme extremist. We should make a list of these scumbags with emails phone numbers addresses, everything.
What really freaks me out is that his czars (from caesar - from ishwara in Sanskrit - means “lord” or “controller”) are extremists’ extremists, as you noted. And the fact that he shamelessly without any sleight of hand appoints them - it’s a very “in your face” type of thing. This hurtling off into the abyss is so fast that if he isn’t dragged off the stage we will not recogonize our country shortly.
I can only hope that big people behind the scenes are arranging things. When some of these legal cases get to the discovery stage, or similar stuff, then it will be clear that he is fraudulent. I hope that the military is really thinking this through.
