Good map, except I don’t think we want Mexico. I would be happy to administer Mexico for them, eliminate the corruption and educate a generation of Mexicans, and then maybe we could affiliate. But no way we can absorb Mexico.

I don’t believe that America should have any “protected” groups. The very idea is un-American. The Constitution + Bill of Rights “protect” us all - equally.

That map excludes the conservative areas of California, which extend roughly along a line running along from Bakersfield through Fresno, slightly east of Sacramento, and north from there.

Perhaps not so much hiring as firing. IIRC there was a recent boycott/protest against a Tenn Hotel for summarily firing a worker supposedly becasue he was gay. This was by a immigrant proprieter who said such people offended him.

There was also a recent Supreme Court case where a Defence Intelligence Analyst had his/her job offer rescinded when he announced that he would start work as a she.

How much is real vs. imagined is hard to say. However I must question if a person can’t find another reason to terminate a particular employee. Perhaps they really aren’t such a problem in the first place. Or the b oss owner is seriously lacking in imagination.

In all honesty, I put this map together as a joke to taunt my lib friends at work. They asked what country would I move to if the USA goes bankrupt? I said Texas. As for your statement, yes, there is entirely too much blue on that map
