As long as the state attorneys continue to derive benefits from ACORN (their jobs?), why investigate?

One hypothesis is that like New York, the highest law enforcement authorities were simply too busy closely examining the brothels.

The a.g.’s are afraid to look racist. So they look the other way.
Can’t have acorn nuts protesting against them now can we?
When in reality they ought to be shot.

Quite simply because ACORN are friends of Obama, and, with near-universal political ambitions, most states’ Attorneys-General have their noses stuck so far up the president’s backside that they require he have a glass navel so they can see where the h*** they’re going.

Perhaps its time to investigate and review why so many state attorneys general failed to act, or act sooner, against ACORN.

Perhaps one reason could be that they saw how President Bush was treated, from both sides of the isle, for having the audacity to fire a handful of judges that failed to prosecute the voter fraud cases (read ACORN) that were before them.

Th cry of racims is heard round th counry every time someone touches a black. The Attorney’s general just tuned their heads to keep from getting accused of racism. How tough is that to figure out.

Just as Eric Holder turned loose the terrorist Black Panthers who threatened voters at a polling place. To me that is cause for dismissal of whomsoever alowed that to happen.

Whether they call themselves Black Panthers or ACORN, they both have the same agenda.

Acorn and it’s affiliates are a big, fat extortion racket. AG’s don’t want the blow back, picketing, and accusations of racism. Just look at what has been said by some elected representatives, ‘Racist, racist, racist’ Of course they can’t back it up, but the damage is done simply by making the accusation.

Perhaps it’s time for folks to push back by filing a slander suit.

"They should be shot" . . . maybe not shot, but at least sent home to bed without a prostitute. You nailed it. The race-baiters are successfully immunizing minorities from prosecution for all but the most violent crimes by relentlessly demonizing prosecutors as "racial profilers". Clearly, we have a multi-tiered injustice system now in the US, where class, skin color, and sex strongly influence the outcome. Examples: the wife who murders her husband, suddenly becomes a beating victim, and gets away with murder. Need I mention Ted Kennedy? Or males in divorce/child custody cases?

ACORN Employee Admits to Voter Fraud...FEC Does Not
http://www.judicialwatch.org/foiablog/2009/aug/acorn-employee-admits-voter-fraud-fec-does-not

On August 18, a former ACORN official in Las Vegas pleaded guilty to voter registration fraud. Nevada law prohibits paying canvassers for registering voters, but Christopher Edwards, former field director for ACORN, admitted to being involved in “a scheme to pay canvassers who were told they had to register at least 20 voters a day to keep their jobs and an additional $5 for getting 21 or more.” Edwards has agreed to testify against ACORN in return for a lighter sentence. This case raises several issues. In 2008, ACORN was frequently accused of voter fraud, but no one investigated the accusations very thoroughly. Now that ACORN employees are confirming that the allegations were at least partially true, it will be very interesting to see whether the Federal Government steps in and investigates.

How about the differences in sentencing females who prey upon children as compared to the sentences meted out to males?
Same crime but sure is different.
And I do not advocate sex with kids but I do support equal sentences not well it was a woman so let her go?

Thank you, backhoe! I have saved your file for future reference and perusal.

Do you have this report from July 2005 included in your report?

ACORN did not begin operating in 2008. The above report focused solely on the 2004 election, but have been incrementally upping their criminal activities for years.

“That is the only thing, a MASS citizen lawsuit, the will stop this crap, IMO!”

I’ve been thinking about the Citizen Grand Juries that have popped up [and been turned down for standing]. However, depending on how the case filed with Judge Carter goes, it may open the door for Grand Jury standing. If so, that would be a great way to get our constitution back, California water turned back on, and corruption rooted out. The pols seem to be either blind or compromised and will not act in accordance with their constituents or the oath to uphold the constitution.

.....Maryland AG is going to investigate:

http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/maryland/baltimore-city/bal-md.acorn22sep22,0,5077650.story

his office says:
“As time went on, it was clear that the local authorities were not going to look into the matter,” Guillory said. Gansler “sees it as an obligation,” she said. “It’s obvious that someone needed to look into it.”

translation:....City of Baltimore is controlled by black Dems....they won’t do a damn thing.

Illinois investigates ACORN, yeah, right.....
AG Lisa Madigan (you know, thought about taking Barry's Senate seat?
Her father is House Speaker Mike Madigan.
Barry's home state.
Illinois also contains the State of Chicago, the seminal political cesspool for the current politics at the White Crib.
Gov Quinn announced support for his election by SIEU, a sister-entity of ACORN.
Illinois GOP in disarray, dysfunctional, and implanted into "The Combine".

Do the math - ACORN ain't EVER gonna be investigated in Illinois, folks.

Excellent! IMO, it is an important report and points to a more long term problem than one that simply began 2008.

Here is a recent article I found that actually does some digging on the criminals: Video controversy doesn't deter St. Louis ACORN office

ACORN formed in 1970 in Arkansas, offering clothing and furniture to welfare recipients. The group's first political efforts focused on elections in Little Rock. By 1978, ACORN had a national presence.

Arkansas...seems to me that state has another criminal connection, no? IIRC, that criminal also soiled the People's House.
