Sorry, I’ve got to have some confirmation on this. Seems like a rumor. I don’t really believe that any individual could tell any U.S. media what to show or not show at any time. Even the fringe (MSM) media would take this as an affront and expose the originator of such an order.

It's unimaginable that significant public protests in Iran would (deliberately) not be shown in the U. S., given the occasion and regular/daily competition for viewers among TV media.

A very significant and recent public protest was practically ignored in the US.

I find it extremely likely that the alphabets will studiously ignore, minimise or even misrepresent the Iran protests, just as they have done for months.
