As I read the different parts of the House bill, I can’t find any provisions that cut costs.
However, there are lots of provisions to control prices. And we all know what happens when the government tries to control prices.

OK, folks, here’s the health care solution: pump oil on federal lands, sell the oil, use the money to provide health care for all U.S. citizens aged 0-18.

Obama tells us that health care costs are so high and rising so fast that the only way save our economy and cut health care costs is to nationalize health care and then give it away free to an additional forty seven million people.
Does anyone really believe this?
