Great, now ACORN is using our tax dollars to sue the people who exposed them for the criminals that they are.
I'd donate to the legal fund of the filmmakers.

They’ve been saying they’re going to sue but haven’t gotten around to it.

If ACORN were an honest organisation they should thank the bloggers for pointing out these indefensible actions of their people.
The suits prove they are not an honest organisation.
Not that we needed any more proof.

” “As a result of the indefensible action of a handful of our employees, “
ACORN has, in effect, offered to sign a ‘Consent Decree’ (”We didn’t do it, and we won’t do it any more”)...
What’s going to be interesting is to see which, if any, RINOs find this acceptable....

ACORN: It's not our fault we hire crooked, morally corrupt people we can easily throw under the bus!
Pul-leeeeze!

The funniest part of the entire story is that the one place where they could probably sue succesfully, Baltimore, is a place they CAN'T sue because of their own ineptness. They let their charter lapse! LOL. Really, you couldn't make stuff like this up.

As a result of the indefensible action of a handful of our employees,
This is a handful that got caught, but it's representative of the bulk of their employees. When you have an organization whose centerpiece belief is that American society is a racist society, diseased beyond hope that must be destroyed and replaced, it's not surprising to see them want to use the system to destroy the system and to encourage and abet illegal behavior to do that.

Hannah Giles (inevitable) book: What I Did on My Summer Vacation
LOL. Better than anything I ever did on my summers off.

Yes. I had jury duty this past Monday. The process of selection is a crime in itself. I of course was not selected. You know, educated, white male, married, sucessful career, planned for retirement, you know all those traits they don’t want as a jurist.
