One of the key attorneys working on the challenges to Barack Obama's eligibility to be president – and the first to actually obtain a trial date in federal court on the question – says doubters should be questioning Obama, not her.
Various accusations have been cluttering the blogosphere in recent weeks, and today Orly Taitz, an attorney working on a number of cases brought to challenge Obama's eligibility under the U.S. Constitution's requirements that the president be a "natural born" citizen, addressed them on her her blog.
"Please don't listen to vicious rumors," Taitz wrote. "I am getting close to removing the usurper and there are more and more vicious rumors about me and my whole family. It is 5:30 in the morning and I had to cut on sleep yet again to take some time and debunk all those vicious rumors."
She continued, "I hope people stop attacking my family and start attacking Obama and demand that he produce his vital records immediately or resign or be removed immediately. Judge [David] Carter has written, 'Court encourages discovery before the scheduling conference ' (it is on October 5th) I have submitted a proposed deposition schedule. Let's make sure Obama shows up for his deposition with his hospital birth certificate ready for examination."

I’d tell her to take a chill pill and let a friend handle the rumor mill. If this effort is going to go anywhere at all, stressing herself out isn’t going to help.
She is nearly the only one doing anything ...
She just needs to stay focused and hopefully she has other attorneys helping her.
She needs to try to avoid fighting with Gary Kreep too. Kreep is probably no help but she just needs to run her case.
I am hopeful that Judge Carter is not going to blow us off or say no standing or chicken out like the judge in GA.
From what I have seen of Orly, I would normally be very dubious but somehow, the stars seem to align for her in this particular matter. Hopefully, they will continue to align.
No one would willingly go though what this woman has put herself through, unless they felt certain of their cause.
I can think of no better ending than for her, and this country for the truth to be known.
One more thing that is puzzling. Why wouldn't Obama get these people off his back using a slander or libel charge? Is it because he would be forced to produce a BC to prove his case?
I just pray that the Lord let’s the truth come to light. Whichever way it goes.

Well Orly, of course isn’t alone in her effort to force constitutional compliance. She is stroking up stream against the worlds largest power structure, currently being run by Cago fellas who were Knee capper and now are cap and traders.
The ball is in play. Orly seems a brassy sort and very may well prevail, god willing.
My concern is, are any preparing for the impending repercussions and massive power shifts that will cascade following the now almost inevitable collapse of the O?

I tend to agree, The crisis could very well be Obama him self. A Constitutional crisis, decapitated American leadership in a dangerous world, race riots in the streets, a crashing world economy, martial law!!
Buck up, Frantzie. You've certainly read as much, and probably more, about Judge Carter than most around here. Certainly enough to realize that he's not your "average bear".
I've personally read enough about him, and have seen enough of what he's said in reference to this case to believe that he isn't taking any prisoners, and will perform his duties as a federal judge by the book.
Or, a couple of twenty-somethings, exposing one of the largest, most widespread criminal enterprises in the country on their own dime.
They shame us. So many of us are in far better position to take the lead against the foes of liberty, than these people are.
Can’t Orly FOIA all the documents submitted in all 57 states to verify eligibility, and add that to her collection? Is it possible there is no documentation at all?
