We now learn that the White House , though a private contractor, and without anyone’s knowledge, is collecting and storing comments made on it’s social networking sites at Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Flickr, YouTube, Vimeo and Sideshare. The truly amazing part though is that the President is pointing to federal law as his justification for these actions.

It wouldn’t bother me if he actually read any of the stuff.
He might learn something for a change!

The road forks a bit.

It sounds sinister but any WH must comply with the law.

Any and all official WH records must by law be retained and archived. This is why touchy feely WH sites should be avoided by any and all even if your clueless teenager thinks it’s neat to TXT THE PREZ.

On FOX this morning, during a spot about a 5 year old boy being searched at the airport because he was on the terrorist watch list, they went on to say that 25,000 people are added to this watch list every month. Once *they* put you on said list, I think it was Holder who said, you should NOT be allowed to own any hand guns.

A few questions:
Who are “They” who are making the lists and WHERE are they finding the names for their list?
If Holder (or whoever) passes his directive, does that mean everyone on the list will be raided? (at home?)
IF an individual finds that they’re on this phantom list, what steps can be taken to get OFF of it?

The reason I’m posting this here is because I wonder if “they” aren’t using this internet venue to collect and penalize everyone who opposes the current occupant of our White House.

Their are 6200 "Oathkeepers" on Facebook, is this what they are "fishing" for or "like" minded people as well?......

If and why do they need to know who Sarah's 1.18 million friends are on facebook ?

I just posted my opposition to 0bummer’s Facebook site.

If they track my information in opposition, they violate the law disallowing the tracking of political opponents by the Whitehouse.

If they fail to track my information, they apparently violate the Presidential Records laws.

One way or the other, the Administration is violating the law.

Any and all official WH records must by law be retained and archived.

So I am SURE that Obama is archiving all of his Blackberry messages.

I know you are kidding but that in fact was a major bone of contention when Obama took office - he was a BB addict and didn’t want to lose his smartphone.
