The cry of racism has been diluted to the point of meaninglessness. The time is ripe to mercilessly ridicule all cries of racism and to repeatedly paint anyone who cries racism as an imbecile. AND NEVER LET UP. No conservative should let a broadcast conversation or interview continue that even implies racism without merciless ridicule. Make them take you off the air. Never let up. This issue is a huge win for conservatives if they play it right.

The ONLY person I am hearing say this is Carter, and while he is accusing others of this, I have a feeling it is a reflection of his own beliefs that he is projecting. Why else would he and people like Nancy Pelosi try to coddle and protect President Obama as though he had some sort of deficiency if they didn't believe he was less of a person? We are the ones who want to treat him as an equal in that position- in that he should be able to equally take the criticism and challenge that every other president before him faced.
When Jimmy Carter has absolutely nothing intelligent to say, why does he say it?
The only racists I see out there are people like Nancy Pelosi who are implying that for some reason, President Obama should be protected from criticism and challenge, unlike every other President before him. It is almost like she is implying he has some sort of deficiency that he can’t handle the criticism and shouldn’t be challenged. She doesn’t want him to be treated as equal, she is telling the world he isn’t as strong of a leader as President’s past and should be given special provisions for his deficiencies.
Now that is racist.

The Pope and Nancy Pelosi are on the same stage in front of a huge crowd.
The Pope said, “Did you know that with just one little wave of my hand I can make every person in the crowd go crazy with joy? This joy will not be a momentary display but will go deep into their hearts, and they will forever speak of this day and rejoice.”
Pelosi seriously doubts this, and says, “One little wave of your hand, and everyone in the crowd go crazy with joy? Show me”, she said.
So the Pope slapped her.
Nah I am using a different tack. If I get accused of racism for opposing a politician that is not the same color as me my reply now on is gonna be: "What ever you wish to believe is fine with me I am still gonna oppose your stupid Socialist plan."
You know, that is a theory that should be tested.
It has started to bug me the last few days when I am hearing people I have known for years- highly educated, extremely nice, many close friends, most you would never think of as liberal, parroting Jimmy Carter and others on this. One person was a former boss, the sweetest woman in the world, personally she lives a very conservative life, talks personal responsibility, but she has started shouting to the rooftops this week praises for Carter..
When demwits like Pelosi have no facts or law so they play the race card, then fold their arms and give you that smug: “Guess I told you—I win!”-look, instead of walking away, smack them upside the head/snatch `em bald-headed?

exactly! The racism claim is so cheap already that conservatives can grab the word. A huge crutch to the Democrat party could be kicked out from under them, picked up, and used to beat them senseless with it. It will work every time. There is no defense.
Could you imagine what would happen to the liberal cause in general if conservatives ridiculed every use of racism. It would be OUR issue. It would work for us. Liberalism uses racism everywhere. In some ways it is there only issue.
Racisism would replace Mcarthyism as the instant SHUT-UP. And it would be our word to own.

You got it - I read the rules-for-radicals last night. It’s pretty obvious that this would work even without reading it. Notice how the other posters in this thread are repeating the same things conservatives have always said about charges of racism (its a cructh, etc, etc). Those are defensive measure. We have to attack, attack, attack. The best attack in this case is ridicule. Racism is overused like Communism was overused by McCarthy. People are more sick of this race bating crap than they were of McCarthy and Communist bating. It could be a huge win. In some ways liberalism biggest crutch is racism. I don’t think people understand how the racist label is used world wide by radicals. It could be a huge tool. Take their racism crutch away and beat them with it. Spread the word.
