Rare footage from the terrace of the US Capitol building and time lapse footage of protesters marching down Pennsylvania Avenue illustrate the gathering of people who attended the March on Washington on September 12, 2009. Sophia Elena reporting from Washington D.C. as a large crowd gathered at Freedom Plaza and marched down Pennsylvania Avenue to the US Capitol.
Thank you! It will be bigger next year.
great video
and the year after that
WOW!!!
if that was supposed to convey and endless crowd, funny how that tower in the upper right never got closer.... ammo for the ‘RATS to slam us is not good. with that I’m all for what GB did the last 6 months on this, just incredible amount of work on his part.
The crowd just keeps coming and coming. Unreal.
yep, I stand corrected, dummy, my bad.....put the crown royale away now bobby...that is enough!!!
Next question.
Next YEAR?!? Next YEAR?
Please, this won't accomplish anything unless this becomes a daily event... with citizens storming the Capitol building itself. Bring lots of tar, lots of feathers, and lots of rails next time, please.
Thanks in advance.
The “graphic” that tried to show the size of the crowd was PATHETIC!
When there is a single structure that shows up in EVERY frame of a “patriotic” video that is trying to show the size of the crowd, the impact of a “zooming crowd shot” is quite diminished. Actually, it makes the producer of that video look like a total MORON!
see my post 7 just before yours. damn crown has me a bit confused tonite!!
:-)
I saw that video the other day. Some of it looked like it was on a “loop”. However, I stopped and started it with the mouse to “freeze frame” it step by step and it doesn’t seem to repeat. Just lots of American flags and yellow signs (and Gadsen flags) that kept going by.
It would be interesting to see it in real motion and get a count of “people/per minute” that walked by for this one road.
Great video - thanks !
Buildings don’t move.
Very cool

I’m still chuckling.
I couldn’t get there due to scheduling conflicts, but I gotta say, I loved this rally and want to see more! Obummer and his sycophants are soiling their diddies over this one, and that’s a great sign. My only worry is that this momentum may peter out before Election Day 2010 - ensure this DOES NOT HAPPEN!
