Employees at no fewer than four ACORN offices have been caught on videotape advising a man and a woman on how to skirt federal law to obtain housing and operate a brothel — but you'd hardly know it if all you watch and read are the mainstream media, conservative media critics say.
"A major national scandal and none of the broadcast networks is covering it," said Dan Gainor, vice president for business and culture at the Media Research Center. "This is the news media in the era of Van Jones and President Obama. The major outlets cover what they want and create the themes they want."
A search of transcripts through Monday at NBC, CBS and MSNBC revealed no national TV coverage of the growing ACORN scandal. CNN and ABC, meanwhile, have run some segments on the matter, including a quick mention during Saturday's "Good Morning America."

Of course they are refusing to report the story, because they all know that Obama has a HUGE connection to ACORN, and they are afraid that if they continue to investigate this, that Obama could be implicated in all of this. ACORN is a Democratic funded organization, the media are mostly comprised of liberals, they know what will happen if ACORN goes down

Charlie Gibson failed his own “Bush Doctrine” question today when Don Wade asked him on WLS-AM why he wasn’t covering the ACORN story, and Gibson laughingly admitted he had no idea what he was talking about. Guess you’re not as smart as you thought, eh Charlie? Now go retire and “leave it to the cables”.
Don Wade by the way is a great Conservative voice on the Big 89.
Corruption, malfeasance and nonfeasance are the guiding tenets of the liberal/communistas. They must be put out of our political system if this nation is to survive.
The remark that Hannah made about her prior pimp abusing her is a hint that Hannah knew that Tresa might spill on her own abusive husband that she killed. This is a remarkable bit of intelligence that the interviewers must have been informed about perhaps by an internal source. A wild idea I have is that the FBI was the source of this intelligence, and they passed it on to Breitbart to publicize, since it might be easier to fight this fight on television using Fox rather than being hamstrung by the higher levels of the FBI, the Attorney General and Obama. The next three videos will prolly nail Obumma directly.
Does anyone remember that ACORN came up in a debate last year between McCain and Obama? I’ve been looking on the internet but couldn’t find it. But I remember McCain mentioned about Obama’s connections to ACORN, and that ACORN was involved in questionable activities, if I recall correctly. Obama minimized his own connections to ACORN and any suggestion that ACORN was involved in improper or illegal activities, if I recall correctly.
Would love to see that debate quote in the MSM. If a Republican president was connected to a less than reputable organization, you can bet that the MSM would be all over this story.

These people (the Talking Heads like Gibson) live in a bubble, and what they see, and report, is determined by The New York Times, and a bunch of largely-gay staffers, who will support Democrats at any price.
If the producers and staffers decide it’s not important enough to cover, or it might harm the Democrat Party, it doesn’t get covered.

I can hardly believe it....Katie Couric, CBS actually reported on Acorn tonight...the tapes, the investigation, the whole thing..well, they didn’t mention ANY association to Obama naturally.
I thought the media loved presidential scandals, in hopes of bringing down a president, the way they celebrate the resignation of Nixon. Maybe they want to scandalize just republican presidents. Oh.

Yep. John Stossel has been saying as much for possibly a decade. At one TV station he worked at, the news director literally pointed to one article on the front page of the NYT and then to one of his staffers.
