The House will prepare a censure for Rep. Joe Wilson (R-SC) for his interjection during the speech by Barack Obama last Wednesday in a joint session, “You lie!” After waffling on the issue for a couple of days, Speaker Nancy Pelosi will hold a vote to publicly punish Wilson for his bad manners. However, this doesn’t exactly look like a winner politically, especially since Wilson’s interjection wound up exposing the lack of enforcement on citizenship in the ObamaCare system:
As early as Tuesday, House leaders could bring to the floor a resolution of disapproval aimed at Mr. Wilson, though the timing is uncertain, said a House Democratic leadership aide who described the issue as one of conduct, not speech.
“Congressman Wilson’s outburst during the joint session was a breach of decorum and brought discredit to the House,” the aide said. “It is common for members to address such breaches themselves rather than force action by the full House. Failure to respond would mean consent for that kind of conduct.”

Not it wasn't. It was a statement of fact, which is easily proven. If RATS try sensor Wilson for exercising his right to free speech and to correct the president when he is "misspeaking" as is what Democrats always call it when caught in a lie, there is going to be hell to pay.
The best idea I’ve heard so far: Take the official letter of censure, put it on E-Bay and give the money to a Conservative charity...
seriously WHO CARES if he is censured? big freaking deal. He wont lose his job, and he wont lose a dime in pay. It has no meaning what so ever.
If I were him, I would promote the fact that I was censured by the Libs! I would run on it in the next election proudly, and I would frame all the news articles about it and hang them on my wall proudly.
What is far, far more egregious and damning than breaking the rules of the “august chambers” is the contempt President Obama has verbalized about the USAmerican citizenry both as a group and towards individuals:
Joe the plumber, especially, the disdainful remarks down the line.
Bitter clingers.
Liars and mobs.
Polite convention is almost silly when compared to the haughtyness and disdain displayed by Frank, Rangel, Pelosi (and on and on) to the public.

He has dared the undarable, he has questioned THE ONE live on National Television, and managed to torpedo the entire thing with a single outburst. That cannot be allowed to stand, unpunished.
