ACORN = RICO
Big Government ^ | 9.15.09

What’s important about prostitution and human trafficking is that they are specific triggers for the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, better known as RICO. The RICO law is designed to enable the Justice Department to go after criminal enterprises. It defines “racketeering activity” as including importing illegal aliens for immoral purposes, falsifying identification documents and immigration papers, mail and wire fraud, and the sexual exploitation of children, among others.

ACORN is clearly a criminal organization. I think RICO laws would apply but our political “leaders” definitely approve of ACORN and it’s tactics.

Perhaps militia action is the only way to bring the organization to Justice.

The militia types with their expertise if riflery will easily dispatch the stupid street punks of ACORN with their pants down low and holding their glocks sideways. But I think it would be better to arrest all the leadership of ACORN and half the followers. Don’t just shut down ACORN because something like TURDS or DUNG will pop up and do the same mission.

everyone associated with ACORN should be in jail by now along with all the black shake-down artists like Jessie Jackson.

We have multiple complaints about potential felony conduct in multiple States covering everything from the videos of the past week, to violations of too many election laws to easily list.

Any US Attorney could start a RICO investigation, but Justice has to be on board with it or the investigation will die on the vine. The FBI needs to be unleashed to do some forensic analysis of the $53 Million that ACORN has supposedly gone through. In addition, every single mortgage or loan document that ACORN has ever handled needs to be subjected to an audit. There are enough disturbing questions that we already know about, and there is just no telling what else is out there.

Unfortunately, the Community Organizer in Chief is not going to allow his best buddies to be subjected to any kind of investigation. If ACORN is ever held accountable for anything that they have done, it will be long after Eric Holder has departed the pattern at Just Us....

O may not have a choice or any say in the matter. Can't wait till today's tape is released. It's said to be devastating. All it'll take is one DA not in love with O and he can start a RICO investigation and that could snowball.

This might dovetail with the RICO investigation that Fitzgerald has going in IL on voter fraud by ACORN which has stayed open waiting for more evidence. If that is the case Holder won’t have to lift a finger.

This definitely falls under RICO statues. In fact the DA in NY handling this now on ACORN also handled cases against the Mafia so he has had plenty of training to take on ACORN aka Mafia type operation. Has it all shakedown, fraud, deceit, intimidation and who knows what else.

They are not only exposing ACORN but most of the MSM for being state run and only reporting what this Administration wants them to report.

What did Acorn do that our congress people aren’t doing?

I see no difference between them and Charles Rangel, the Chairman of the Ways and Means committee or C. Dodd or anyone of them.

Maybe, the RICO act can be used against congress.

Holder may not have any choice in the matter if the steady drip, drip, drip becomes a torrent. The SRM also has its fingers in the same dike but the whole damn is ready to give way.
