Obama himelf, however, is a secret Chavez admirer so how could he be concerned??? He isn’t. Anything that hastens the destruction of the USA is all right with him, doncha know!
Obama wouldn’t care if Russia set up nuclear missiles and nuclear sub repair pens in Cuba.

He probably also has a lot of years of natural life left.

I understand that Venezuela is a pain in the rear but they spend less than what 4 percent as much on arms as we do?
Chavez is a nutcase who we helped get back in to power. Why?
Cause the military industrial complex needs boogie men out there so as to keep their funding for weapons coming.
Chavez can be taken down in a heartbeat if we so desired.
