Judge Land in the Middle district of GA continued hearing of Cpt Connie Rhodes, MD v Obama et al to tomorrow, Monday 09.14.09. 12 noon. I need patriots in the courtroom to support Connie. I am taking yet another red eye to GA, my eyes are really getting red

What she really needs is some retired or even active military personal to show up and show her support, and retired military or law enforcement to volunteer for her and others protection.
I saw and spoke to Orly at the D.C. Rally on Saturday. She
said that the judge had ordered discovery within 30 days.
I could use a cleaning and a crown for my molar. What time do I show up?
Yep. I know from her previous posts that she wants Military there too. Hopefully folks in the area will pass this on. It IS close to Ft. Benning.
Well montag...I don’t know what time your dentist appointment is, but it’s noon for the hearing :)
Worthwhile. Especially considering are military is getting pawned in Afghanistan by Hussein.
My guess is his moles from Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood in the white hut are leaking intel to the Taliban and Al Qeada.
Which Judge? Carter in CA or the one in GA?

We had a hearing on 11th. Defendants were represented by 3 attorneys: US attorney, Pentagon attorney and Fort Benning attorney. they claimed that my client, flight surgeon Cpt Rhodes MD didn’t show up for no reason, she just didn’t feel like coming.
I presented to the judge a notarized statement, showing that Col Jeffrey Johnson, her commander from Fort Riley, KS has forbidden Connie from leaving Fort Riley a day early and she was threatened that if she does, she will be court martialedand can be thrown into military prison.
In this fashion the gov. prevented Connie from being at her own hearing and 5 minutes before the hearing they served me with the motion to dismiss.
Judge Land did not appreciate this strong hand tactic of the government and he ordered the government to make sure Connie is able to leave the base to be at her hearing, which was scheduled for Monday at 12 noon. This time it is their responsibility to do whatever is necessary for Connie to be in court.
It is a tough week for me as in 5 days I am making 5 red eye flights and long trips between OC, LA, Atlanta, Columbus and WA DC.

All I can say is, WOW. I am on the edge of my seat, and praying every night.
I guess we will find out tomorrow.I wonder what will delay the proceedings this next time?
Orly is trying to turn the courtroom into a circus. This isn't likely to sit well with the judge.
Where did she get the notion this is a good idea? Oh, I forget. This is Orly Taitz.
Actually, what she really, REALLY needs is someone capable of competently practicing law.
She's a LAWYER TOO! Wow.
It maybe a rumor, but, I heard she has gotten some help by a few paralegals.
Right, but apparently those kind don't have any balls.
