From Orly Taitz Facebook page:
Judge Land in the Middle district of GA continued hearing of Cpt Connie Rhodes, MD v Obama et al to tomorrow, Monday 09.14.09. 12 noon. I need patriots in the courtroom to support Connie. I am taking yet another red eye to GA, my eyes are really getting red
You know it.
Hey scarecrow, what you need is a brain. Your sharp as a marble.
i found a case called Burton v. United States. (an ineligible Federal officeholder. The SCOTUS heard the case. )
i am new at this whole NBC matter. Is someone collecting information?
Hey, just havin' a little fun.
“I saw and spoke to Orly at the D.C. Rally on Saturday. She
said that the judge had ordered discovery within 30 days.”
Same here...ran into her in the middle of the march and she was announcing to everyone that the judge ruled Friday for early discovery.
What if Captain Rhoades doesn’t appear at the hearing?” What can the judge do? Nothing.
Bumperoo.
Strong hand tactics indeed.
When I saw her she was standing on the sidewalk of Pennsylvania Avnue enjoying the site of HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of freedom loving, truth seeking American
marching on the Capitol.
Would you rather the case be ignored? Having people there keeps the spot light on.
“...to turn the courtroom into a circus...”
This is my reaction as well. A few days ago she was reportedly asking people to write letters to Judge Carter. I respect what Orly is trying to accomplish, and I sincerely hope and pray that the truth will come out, but I really don’t think that trying to pressure a judge is the best way to win a positive judgment from him.
Which Judge ordered discovery in 30 days? Judge Carter in CA or Judge in GA?
Doesn’t she have to get past the motion to dismiss with Carter? Fingers crossed.
Your hero Obama is trying to turn America into an ACORN circus.
Bingo.
Carter in CA.
You may want to send it to Orly, Leo Donofrio (web site is naturalborncitizen.com I think), Mario Apuzzo (in S NJ has a case going) and Phil Berg who has two or three cases going.
They all have web sites but you probably can send iot snail mail too.
I'd make arrangements elsewhere.
If her skills as a dentist are on par with her skills as an attorney then you’re braver than I am.
Why wasn't she home working on her reply to the defense's motion to dismiss? Her response is due to Judge Carter next Monday.
