Hmmmmmm...no conservative books on the “left behind” book list...are we better at recycling, or do we just like to hold on to the elusive printed truth when we find it...

I usually leave my books in airplanes when I travel. Even if I finish reading them in the motel rooms. I also write my email address on the inside of the front cover along with a short note asking whoever gets it to write me a short email with what they thought of the book.
I have three people that I started trading books with as a result.

LOL! Appears the #1 book left behind is also about a megalomaniac.
Here's one of the one star reviews at Amazon:
D o you really need to read another biography by a woman whose only claim to fame is having a couple of silicon sacks sewed onto her by a plastic surgeon? Tasteless, dumb and false, who cares how she might not be able to cope with enjoying herself or doing the things that any other normal person might not be paid to write a book about.

I wonder if these hotels could lower their prices if they weren’t counting these left over books. Or is this a government funded project?

I must be dense, but what does this mean? That they read them and shed them? That they were so BAD they didn't want to put them in their permanent library?
I don't get it.

“Dreams from My Father, Barack Obamas moving account of his journey towards understanding both his father’s life and his own cultural inheritance.”
I suspect the father he writes about in the book is not the father that is on his birth certificate and that is why he keeps it hidden.
That or he was born in Kenya, or both.

My theory as well. Frank Marshall Davis is my guess.

Yes, I think it means that these books are snoozers. I’ve noticed myself every time I go into two local libraries that the books by and about Obama never get checked out. I’d bet they are about as interesting to read as voter registrations fabricated by ACORN.
To: Bad Jack Bauer
now that is a curious habit.......I take my books in big bags to a few friends who are avid readers.......or I ship them to the west coast for my son to read. I do not leave them behind.......I love books!

I hope they left Obammy’s book in an appropriate place, like the toilet. Not the bathroom, the toilet bowl. Don’t bother to flush.

The list is for books left behind in UK hotels.
“conservative books” would probably be illegal there as “extreme right wing”....:^)

Hmmm. You might like “paperbackswap.com” then as well, mate. I have used them quite extensively, and am quite pleased with the results.
