I concur. 200-300K. I was there. It was awesome, but over 1 million? Not even. Inflating our estimates only makes us look desperate or deluded. If there had been 1 million there, the entire mall would have been solid from the Lincoln Memorial to the Whitehouse. It was about a third that full.

But, again, 300K PLUS all the people across the country who couldn't make it to DC!!??? What a day for America! One personal note. Everyone one I talked to is in this for the long haul. The lefties have been at it for 40 years, minimum. We'll have to fight them for it, if we want our country back. Booyah!

The over a million estimate is NATIONAL. Supporting rallies were held across the country. Let’s not deliberately UNDERESTIMATE ourselves in an effort not to OVER estimate, shall we??

There may not have been a million at the time you were there at the Lincoln Memorial...but the crowd stretching to the Captol in the 1st picture, IMHO, tells a different story. Couple that with what was said in post 104, and I believe that million is not out of bounds in the least for the number of those who came to Washington yesterday for these protests.

This one:

That's a long ways, full of people, and you do not even see the end of it there.

Correction to #168:

I meant to write, for a million there would have had to been people all the way from the Lincoln Memorial to the Capitol (not the Whitehouse).

Now I see, according to the "crowd estimator" tool on Michele Malkin's site, it would take 1.5 mil + to fill that amount of space.

I bet we'll have 3 million next year!!

Yep! There were a couple of trolls here yesterday, through the night, spouting that "million" stuff just to set FR up for ridicule.

We (FR) already have lots of fun with the "Million" Man March that had, at best, 150K participants. No sense giving the Marxist scum out there the same kind of target.
