WASHINGTON – The White House and its Democratic allies on Sunday tried to play down the role of a government insurance option in health care legislation as the party in power worked to reclaim momentum on President Barack Obama's top domestic priority.

His spokesman described the public option as just one way to achieve Obama's goal of providing coverage to the estimated 45 uninsured Americans without insurance.

Yep. Or the libs could all pick one of the uninsured and pay for their medical bills. They wouldn’t mind, since they’re in favor of spending more money, and that would be easy.

The truth is that in most states zero are uninsured. Most states require hospitals to buy uninsured patient insurance. The hospitals treat the patients and charge their own insurance companies.

The government could pass a law forcing all hospitals to carry this insurence and we would be finished with this health care bill. The banks do a similar thing with the FDIC. Pension plans do the same. Whats the big deal.

Sometime before 2013 when obies healthcare pkg. kicks in he plans to grant amnesty to all illegals and thus they will all be covered in his plan while all the time telling Americans coverage for illegals is not in the bill HR3200 at the time of passage .
