A British judge lambasted a rapist for claiming his victim was a liar - then commended him for becoming a muslim.
Judge Anthony Goldstaub QC sentenced Stuart Wood for seven years for the attack, then told him: 'You have turned to Islam and this promises well for your future, particularly as you are now an adherent of a religion which respects women and self-discipline.'

amazing. now he gets to have sex with and beat multiple women and young girls any time he wants as long as he “marries them”. smart move. i hate to think of what the judge would say if he converted to christianity.

I don't recall a case of an American judge criticizing a person being sentenced for not pleading guilty, with perhaps the implication that this was taken into account when determining the severity of the sentence. The assumption being that a person always has the right to defend himself.
The judge is a frothing moonbat!

Very interesting post, in that this morning our church sat and listened to a man who was part of the Khomeini revolution, later fled Iran for Turkey and became a Christian there.
Funny, he cited how the Koran calls women mute animals and permits their being beaten and stuck in a room til death.
He also said that political correctness is the West’s biggest danger, that most of our politicians are embarrassing, and Obama is leading us toward our destruction.
