One of my men, Corporal Billy Carnegie, reached us, looked at the two dead Taliban on the ground and then saw the blood on my bayonet and said "boss what the **** have you been doing?"

The Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders, 5th Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland (5 SCOTS) is based at Howe Barracks in Canterbury. It is an air Assault Battalion and part of 16 Air Assault Brigade, Britain's Rapid Reaction Force.
