At least he was thinking of the entire class? Maybe the defense attorney can use that.

ANOTHER REASON TO HOMESCHOOL
This ping list is for the other articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)

Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology ... it figures. Paterson New Jersey is a hell hole. It’s Obama heaven there and now showing up in the kids. I’s a place you would not want to go to in the day time or the night time.

He was released to his parent's custody pending a hearing in family court. What what rocket scientist in the criminal justice system thought that releasing this punk to the parents that raised this piece of work was a good idea?
Exactly how effective is this going to be?

Gee! Is this the wonderful “socialization” that homeschoolers are missing? ( Just wondering.)
Also...As citizens we have a human and First Amendment Right to free assembly. Just think. Some government brown shirt ( Oops! “teacher” or “principal”) forced children to “assemble” with this kid. As a parent I sure wouldn't want my kid sitting next to him in class or anywhere else. But...while in government school children ( who have committed no crime) have as many First Amendment Rights as prisoners.
