“No, part of what he cleverly does is turn the Alinsky tricks back around on the Marxists. The one he mentioned on tv the other day is, “Use their rules against them.” We see the left do this all the time when they scream about a Republican’s sexual indiscretion but give Barney Frank’s brothel operation a pass.”

You got it 100% right. He’s taken their Dear Leader’s operational plan and turned it right back on his most loved group.

What can you do other than applaud James and Hannah?

Honestly, I’m still impressed they pulled the whole thing off. She came up with an idea that hit on so many levels, it’s astounding. The part of underage child prostitution utterly crushed ACORN. In the same day, they went from attempting subterfuge to just firing the workers.

That’s how badly they were boxed.

Congrats to James and Hannah! Their parents must be so proud. Frankly, I’m as proud of them as anyone.

Yes, why doesn’t he invite the pimp and prostitute to the WH for a beer.

Joe Boy can join them too.

The only problem with the audio issue is that it was in a office open to pulic access. Any assumption of privacy is gone in this respect especially since it is a public access organization that accepts government funding.

Go for it. Bring pages of print to this fight. Shine the light of truth upon it.

I agree that they prob’ly broke a law, what would the penalty be? 10 years prison, 30 days jail?

I don’t know. Have you considered the makeup of a Baltimore jury?

Must have reasonable expectation of privacy to violate the law. IIRC discussing a crime does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy as it is against public policy.

Also ignorance of the law is a valid defense (1995 case)

The Baltimore City State Attorney's Office is investigating the matter.

Somebody needs to investigate Baltimore's City State Attorney. My guess is there has to be some dirt there.

If you watch his interview he mentions this..

Keefe says his speeches were on how to use Alinskys tactics against the left.

And what about the Acorn people who were:

1> Conspiring to defraud a federally funded institution
2> Conspiring to start and fund a house of ill repute.
3> Conspiring to evade taxes
4> Conspiring to aid and abet human trafficking
5> Conspiring to aid and abet child prostitution are they to be prosecuted? Those charges total well over 100 years maximum penalty and are proven by video taped evidence. That list is just off the top of my head from watching the video ONCE.

Further as a defense attorney I'm sure there is a principle of law that would excuse the breaking of the Video law for the purposes of reporting and documenting felonies of another person. For example, would they prosecute someone for video taping an arson, rape, bank robbery, etc without first getting their consent? If charges are brought in this case it will be a travesty.

Where are the charges against ACORN? They broke MAJOR laws, not this pissy video tape disclosure law that was meant to prevent men from video taping sexual escapades and publishing them. Shame on you Mr. Prosecutor.

Even allowing for Maryland corruption, which is allowing a lot, I bet they do not follow through. There will be a firestorm like the State won't believe.
