5> Conspiring to aid and abet child prostitution are they to be prosecuted? Those charges total well over 100 years maximum penalty and are proven by video taped evidence. That list is just off the top of my head from watching the video ONCE.
Further as a defense attorney I'm sure there is a principle of law that would excuse the breaking of the Video law for the purposes of reporting and documenting felonies of another person. For example, would they prosecute someone for video taping an arson, rape, bank robbery, etc without first getting their consent? If charges are brought in this case it will be a travesty.
Where are the charges against ACORN? They broke MAJOR laws, not this pissy video tape disclosure law that was meant to prevent men from video taping sexual escapades and publishing them. Shame on you Mr. Prosecutor.

Good points all, but if these tapes were obtained in violation of some law (assuming that the State could prove that they were in violation) would they then be admissible as evidence in the course of prosecution against ACORN?
Rush L. mentioned this problem the day after it broke, while Glen and Judge Napalitano were gleefully talking about all the jail time that the ACORN gang was going to get.
I hope I’m wrong, but felt at the time that Glen and the Judge might be getting prematurely optimistic about this, and predicted that the young couple would face retaliation from the left, not the least of which would be abuse of the criminal INjustice system.
I also hope I’m being paranoid here, but I am expecting the same or similar wrath of the dragon to burst forth upon them as it did upon former Border Patrol Agents Ramos and Compean, who were dragged out of bed at gunpoint in the wee hours of the morning in front of their families by a goon squad of DHS Gestapo, and spent a particularly unpleasant term of solitary confinement after one of them was nearly beaten to death (and would have been had not other inmates saved him). All the Guards apparently decided to go on break at the same time just before the attack - how convenient!
Bush, or whoever he was taking his orders from at the time, wanted to make an example of a couple of dedicated BP Agents who took their job just a little “too seriously”.
If these brave young Patriots are allowed to be locked up in a MD prison, I predict that they will be savagely beaten and gang raped at least once, and if they come out alive with a shred of sanity left intact, it will be a miracle.
