Please post your updates from D.C. and from news reports here as well as your photos of the day.
Our Walter Reed salute to the troops last night was very well attended. Upwards of 800 people were there over the three-plus hours of the demonstration.
Photos and video taken by This Ain'tHell taken in daylight before the bulk of the crowd showed can be viewed here.

Hail to the Queen Barry?
If Sarah was there, the media would make it all about her and not the individuals.
Demint was being appropriately sarcastic. NYT is currently reporting “thousands.”
Demint:
No More Bailouts
No more $Trillion Stimulus plans
No more govt takeovers especially Health Care
No more Cap and Taxes
I probably missed a few
I’m beside myself!
DeMint sounds terrific!
Waterloo, indeed ;)
“The 2009 Inauguration was estimated at 1.8 million.”
Yes, but only 13 missed work.
“Im kind of mad at Sarah and giving up hope with her. Shes not doing enough and she should have been there today. :(”
I wonder if Palin will show up. I follow her on facebook and have not had a status update on my wall from her today.
I'm sure it would be less fun for zer0 in D.C. right now
finally Drudge IS COVERING THIS!

‘Go Home!’: DC Crowd Drowns Out CNN Reporter During Live Report...
We sill save FREEDOM in AMERICA!! Did you hear that dear leader?
Im currently watching all three live feeds(and Glen Beck on TV). There is a definate lag on CNN followed by a greater lag on CSPAN (by about 3to 5 minutes). I hope this is the explanation for the different speakers
Glen Beck on FOX
C-SPAN live feed:
http://www.c-span.org/Watch/C-SPAN_wm.aspx
(cuts out occasionally for a few seconds but occasionally pans the crowd)
CNN live feed:
