Baltimore, MD – September 11, 2009 – We have received inquiries from citizens and the media asking whether the Baltimore City State’s Attorneys Office would initiate a criminal investigation for acts allegedly committed at ACORN offices located in Baltimore. The only information received in reference to this alleged criminal behavior was a YouTube video. Upon review by this office, the video appears to be incomplete. In addition, the audio portion could possibly have been obtained in violation of Maryland Law, Annotated Code of Maryland Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article §10-402, which requires two party consent.
If it is determined that the audio portion now being heard on YouTube was illegally obtained, it is also illegal under Maryland Law to willfully use or willfully disclose the content of said audio. The penalty for the unlawful interception, disclosure or use of it is a felony punishable up to 5 years.

Isn’t this what NBC did with the child porn and pedophiles? I know they did have the cops involved- but I’m trying to remember - was law enforement involved from the very beginning? Or did they start out just doing exposes?
ACORN is the beneficiary of over a BILLION dollars in Obama "stimulus" money. They are TAXPAYER FUNDED. There is no crime here except those committed by ACORN employees.
Also, what about traffic cameras and those mounted on police cars? What about witnesses to hear someone confessing to a crime, and then later PUBLICLY EXPOSE that information? What about any and all exposes done by investigative journalists anywhere? Isn't the guy an independent filmmaker?

They we need to show them the recent rallies on a small DVD player, and tell them about ACORN, walk them through it, and finally connect to both OBAMA and CORRUPTION, adding the element of popular uprising against Obama from people from all walks of life from various political backgrounds, so soon after the Japanese coronation, which they all came to and freezed their asses off.It will make for a good Saturday afternoon Japanese documentary, or a prime time NHK BS-1 Documentary. I am working on the producers now who might have interest.

It's hard to believe the two brave reporters who walked into the corrupt ACORN offices started with the story about the hookers and the thirteen year old sex slaves. Most people wouldn't start with such an outrageous story... they would start smaller - go for simple corruption - blander lies. I doubt they thought even ACORN filth would go along with child sex slavery.
So I suspect there are hundreds of "lead up" videos - with ACORN personnel being corrupt - and horrible - but not "child sex slave" horrible.
Hats off to the two brave reporters ... we're going to win this one.

It's hard to believe the two brave reporters who walked into the corrupt ACORN offices started with the story about the hookers and the thirteen year old sex slaves. Most people wouldn't start with such an outrageous story... they would start smaller - go for simple corruption - blander lies. I doubt they thought even ACORN filth would go along with child sex slavery.
