CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. -- Two teenage girls walking home from school in Clarksville had a pistol pointed at them over a bag of oregano.
Timothy Ogburn, 19, and two other teenage boys have been arrested on charges they robbed the girls Friday afternoon. Apparently, someone spotted a baggie of oregano in one of the girls' purses and told the boys she had marijuana.
Police said a pistol was pointed at the 17-year-old girl and that she gave the trio her purse and said, Is this what you want? Its just oregano."
Clarksville police said the oregano was a prop used in a school project.
Ogburn and 18-year-old Victor Little were charged with aggravated robbery with a $25,000 bond. The juvenile suspect, also charged with aggravated robbery, was taken to a juvenile holding facility.

Those boys just wanted some seasoning. Let 'em off the hook, judge!

If frontier justice reigned those “boys” would first be made to smoke that whole bag through a nose pipe! Then the punishment would begin....

Let me get this straight. These clowns were willing to murder two girls for a bag of weed? Why would they ever be allowed to walk free again? The mind boggles.

Perhaps it was a stage version of "Serpico" like in the movie "Rushmore."

Somebody is lying. I do not believe this story at face value. Possibly they knew each other by sight from school and the girls taunted the boys and told them it was weed; then played innocent with the police. Why in the world would they have a baggie of oregano instead of a plastic jar?

hmmm...you are right. It says School Project. Anti-Drug thing perhaps?
To: freed0misntfree
Clarksville police said the oregano was a prop used in a school project. Aren't "look-alike drugs" typically treated the same as real drugs in our zero-tolerance school systems?
