Well I know how he felt because throwing shoes at my HD TV could become expensive. I use soft toys now for such Obama occasions.
Joe does have some stones.
He notes the double standard and at least didn’t back off on his position that the bills DO cover illegals.
Thanks. I just watched the whole thing. What’s obvious is that Obama repeatedly lied about a number of issues.
Wilson says he apologized because he respects the president—and then corrected that to, “I respect the Office of the President.”
His apology was just being polite. It was not really a retraction. The charge stands. Obama lied. And Wilson has done a lot to call attention to it.

Hint: he didn't vote "present" this time.

Told them it would have been $500 if he hadn't apologized.
I called JW's office today, spoke w/some kid answering the phones. They were pleasantly surprised by all the positive feedback they've received. The kid did say JW apologized for the VENUE in which it was said, but not the content of the criticism.
IMHO, Joe Wilson of South Carolina is a
HERO.
It was the venue he said it in that got it into the news and got Democrats to say they are rewriting the exception for illegals. Republicans will never be heard unless they are willing to make the news.
Yes and this speech had 0bama’s “read my lips” moment..and we need to make the most of it..
No apology was needed period. Turn your caps off we can hear you.
