Obama offends Israeli Left--Obama called racist at Israeli rally

Obama offends Israeli Left

President Obama has offended almost the whole Jewish population in Israel, with his trying to tell them where not to live in their own country and that they must give over half their capital. They don’t want Jerusalem divided again. [The Tourjeman House museum on the border of where the City had been divided gives an idea of what a divided city was like.] Obama seems to be spurring a move to the Territories, while houses still are available.

He sent four top officials to Israel within a week, to make such demands, but his Administration claims it is just coincidence.

He seems to be accepting some radicals’ proposals on separate roads in the Territories for Arabs and for Jews, special passes, foreign troops -- a nightmare, as even the Far Left newspaper, Haaretz, put it.

When the Israeli Left finds Obama offensive, isn’t it time for the American Left to reconsider its support for his Israeli policy? (Barry Chamish, 7/29.) A.P. photo/ Ron Edward

Indeed, they should reconsider some of his other policies toward the Muslim world. He is pressing Israel into empowering the Palestinian Authority, though in one news dispatch after another, Fatah leaders exhort to return to war. Fatah is getting more bellicose. U.S. training of Palestinian Authority troops is unwise

===========================

Obama called racist at Israeli rally

About 1,500 Israelis held an anti-Obama rally. They were protesting against U.S. interference in Israel and the Territories. They particularly object to his trying to tell Jews where they may and may not live in their own country. Former MK Rabbi Eliezer Waldman called the President a ”racist” over that. Speakers attributed Obama’s motive to seeking better public relations with Muslims at Israel’s expense (http://www.israelnationalnews.com/ Arutz-7, 7/29).

Obama does propose a one-sided segregation or apartheid. He contends his motive is not religious but that certain areas in which Israel wants to build or demolish do not legally belong to it. But you know that if Israel said, okay, we won’t build in areas Obama says do not belong to us, but we will dispossess the million Arabs in areas that do, Obama would object to that, too. Obama is for the Arabs and against Israel. He may put it so as to make it sound principled, but it is unprincipled.

They’re even having Tea Parties in Israel. Given that Obama’s approval in the Jewish state is only 4%, the margin of error basically, it’s funny that people far over on the other side of the planet woke up to Obama faster than the folks in his own country.

Well, all those Liberal Democrats voted for change. They seem to have gotten it. (What a bunch of schmucks.)

IMHO

UN troops to occupy Israel?

Joel 3 anyone:

Proclaim this among the nations:
Prepare for war!
Rouse the warriors!
Let all the fighting men draw near and attack.

10 Beat your plowshares into swords
and your pruning hooks into spears.
Let the weakling say,
“I am strong!”

Come quickly, all you nations from every side,
and assemble there.
Bring down your warriors, O LORD!

12 “Let the nations be roused;
let them advance into the Valley of Jehoshaphat,
for there I will sit
to judge all the nations on every side.

13 Swing the sickle,
for the harvest is ripe.
Come, trample the grapes,
for the winepress is full
and the vats overflow—
so great is their wickedness!”

14 Multitudes, multitudes
in the valley of decision!
For the day of the LORD is near
in the valley of decision.

15 The sun and moon will be darkened,
and the stars no longer shine.

16 The LORD will roar from Zion
and thunder from Jerusalem;
the earth and the sky will tremble.
But the LORD will be a refuge for his people,
a stronghold for the people of Israel.

Due we know just what his unpopularity really is because no body can put any belief in what is in the written word or what most talking heads say as they would defend “Mack Daddy the Zebra” if he was on film killing a puppy.

I really believe he is so unpopular that the latest 52/57% is way to low.

Ironically, they recently discovered a large cache of Bar Kochba-era coins in the Judaean Hills. His revolt started because the Romans who merely were Israel’s close allies during their revolt against the post-Alexandrian Greek empire, then began providing military muscle to prop up Herod, and then after Herod’s death took outright control of the country. When the resultant revolt led to the destruction of the Bet Hamikdash (the rebuilt temple of Solomon), the rabbis petitioned Rome to allow it to be rebuilt, and instead the emperor at that time decided to build a temple to the Roman god Jupiter. Rabbi Akiva, infuriated by this outrage, lent his support to Bar Kochba’s revolt, and it very nearly succeeded.

This “internationalizing” of Jerusalem has been tried before. With allies like this, who needs Romans?

It amazes me who and what Jews will vote for. Somebody on this board explained to me once why the Jewish community votes liberal/communist/democrap, but my forgetter is working overtime. It wasn’t like they diddn’t know ... Jimmuh Kaatuh did and oes everything but spit on them. Clintooon tried to tell them how to divide their own possessions. And Obammer ... well he is just a commie tyrant, muslim ... we knew what we were geting (some of us)

Waike up ameeerika
