Thirteen trillion isn't that much. According to a post yesterday, if you took 13 trillion silver dollars and set them edge-to-edge they would reach from earth to the sun and back again, plus go around the earch 1700 times.
According to Congressman Pete Stark from California, the more a country borrows, the richer they are. We're really getting rich.
