(Vanity) Rush's audiences
The Golden IEB microphone | 9/8/2009 | DGHoodini

It occurred to me today, as I finished up listening to Rush limbaughs show today, just how full of crap the (ex)"Mainstream" medias portrayal of Rush's audiences is.

I stoopped listening to Rush for a long time, mostly due to other life concerns, but have again been listening from time to time. And outside of any particular issues, the MSM potrayal has always been that the listeners to Rush, were all old white angry old men...(who of course were racists)...But I tell you that listening to those who call his show, are made up of women, young people, black americans, in fact, Rush's audiences seem to be a lot more cosmopolitan than any of the audiences of left leaning shows, who all seem to be aging leftist ex hippie trust babies.

But what got to me most today, was hearing the union and teamster members calling in and saying they are limbaugh listeners, and that the rank and file, are turning against their Umnion leadership and away from Obama...Union members who *voted* for Obama and are now suffering buyers remorse. :oD

The Leftist race card throwing lying trash, are becoming less and less believed by "all the people, any of the time!"!

Good observations, I think. I believe you represent many of Rush’s listeners in that many of us don’t hang on to ever minute of every program. He has an extraordinary grasp on reading politics (which of course effects our very lives) but he himself has said to “take a break” occasionally or we’ll all go nuts, that he’ll watch the fort in the meantime. He’s right, as in so many things.

I will go several days without listening and except for Mark Steyn or maybe one other substitute, I don’t tune in on those days at all, they just don’t have the talent for holding an audience.

Rush is an outstanding American and an inspiration for all of us to strive for excellence (now I’m sounding like a commercial for him!) in whatever endeavor we strive for.

There is no part of “TRUTH” in MSM.

Perhaps Rush should do what he did with the issue of womens audience, and have a “Union Member Caller Day”..Where Union members who call the show on that day, would get first priority, to get on the air, and vent their spleens. Announce it every day for a week beforehand, to make sure that word gets out, so those that want to call will be able to be ready to call. They don’t have to get specific enough that they can be figured out, if they fear retaliation, but enough to make it clear that they 8are* union rank & File.

Waddaya think?

AP journalism is assigning the "blame" for driving Van Jones out of the administration to "swift boating."

The truth is, of course, that Rush's audience is "swift boated" on a daily basis by AP journalism.

I can see union member rank-and-file listen to Rush

As much as neo-Cons and others bash unions....many members are conservative on the issues....and only vote along union lines to preserve their incomes and jobs

These days, with union leadership being pro-illegal alien and pro-Globalist....many union members do not like their unions.

In fact, the GOP would be wise to go after disaffected union members...like Reagan did. Pushing the free trade garbage and pandering to illegal aliens means you just lost millions of votes.

I was thinking along those lines with my ‘Rush Limbaugh Has His Own Labor Day’ Show. It could be a major crack in the facade of monolithism that the Leftist Union Mobster Goons have been putting up for so many decades.

Show that their rank & file are more in Solidarity with America, than they are with their leftist Union Mobster Leaders.

“old white angry old men...(who of course were racists)”

LOL I am a man, I am 60, so I guess I am old man. I am so angry that I am just short of homicidal—— okay, that might be overstated, but not by much.

As for being called a racist..... LMAO, I no longer care what these idiots think. They put that Jackass in office, I sure didn’t.

Obama can’t force me to like, respect, understand or give a hoot about their self-taught and supported plight, or even where they get their next free meal.

I don’t care if they call me a racist or if they truly think that I am one.... and I don’t care if it offends them regardless of their color.

They, them, those crybabies, started this race crap. They can feel held down and enslaved by the mean white folks until the Sun burns out for all I care anymore.

All that racist crap is in their head, not mine. I didn’t put it in their head, they did it too themselves and they continue to be stupid enough to keep their pity party alive. It is their problem to resolve now, not mine. When THEY are done being racists and hating us whites, they can let me know with THIER actions.

I should also say that I would help and support ANY real conservative, regardless of their color, but everyone else could fall off the planet for all I care.

I know that I went over the top here, but the racist thing brings my BP up.

Now, I’m an “a$$hole”, so I need to get back to my new hobby of “poisoning black communities”, as explained by Obama’s good friend and illegally appointed czar, Van Jones.

It’s good that you are listening to Rush again...... my day is ruined when I have to miss his show. ;>)

What your seeing is the reemergence of what was the very diverse (they do not all agree on everything!) Reagan American coalition, in opposition to the Socialist/Communist left of Obama

Not bad, not bad. I usually flame out when he allows some lib to filibuster the usual talking points that are heard on every other media outlet. I think my gosh Rush, don’t they have enough exposure as it is without you allowing even more?

But your idea has merit because I think the country certainly would hear like-minded people from a group that are only heard from as a GROUP, not individually. What aggravates me, and I guess I just don’t have that mentality, is how people can support a union that diametrically opposes what they believe in when it comes to politics.
