Does anyone remember the old Saturday Night Live skit where a shark shows up at this woman's apartment door? She looks through the peep-hole and recognizes the threat and refuses to allow the shark in. The shark returns minutes later dressed as a candy-gram courier. Foolishly, the woman opens her apartment to the poorly disguised shark. Her stupiditiy is very funny.
This Obama speech to our children is no different. He initially attempeted entry into our schools last week with an announcment and "follow-up study materials". It was instantly recognized as a school sanctioned political advertisement and an attept to garnish a pledge of service to the President. Now Obama returns to our door with a new look and new script. The same old shark, box of candy in hand, knocking on the door.

I know the administration removed the "follow-up materials" and "assignments" from their website. Does anyone know if they have also instructed teachers (the front line soldiers in his personality cult) to discard them? I am not aware of any instruction to NOT use what was posted earlier by the Whitehouse.

I’m suspicious now of a “rope-a-dope”-like maneuver by the statists. I hear the actual text is somewhat benign, and not released till late yesterday. While, well prior to that, very onerous lesson materials were let out quite a bit earlier...

Imagine how Obama would be perceived if SNL and late night comedians actually used him as a foundation for their humor. The guy is a goldmine of gaffes, bad habits, and annoying tendencies. There's so much material there, it's amazing.
But so far, they feel the need to worship him as a god.

The good news is:
The fact that this bad PR scheme received so much negative attention that Zer0 had to have the speech re-written just makes him look like a Fool.
The American people are smarter than he is.
Our kids have been forewarned.
Too bad the POTUS has nothing better to do than lame PR stunts and vacations.

Anyway, if Obama weren’t so PC and therefore off limits, SNL would have a ball with this administration.

This speech is the warm-up for the National Day of “Service” BS that will happen on 9/11. It’s all about Obama, HIS childhood, HIS schooling, HIS mother. Gawd, he’s such a crashing bore!
