0greman better be careful when talking about Stu Burguiere. There is no way the producer of a radio show is a public figure enough to be defamed w/impunity under NYTimes v. Sullivan. Stu could get a big judgement.

Looks like Kitty is a walking law suit.
The defamation KOS deals in might work with a public official like Palin, but when you defame a private citizen, albeit a personality, you are looking a big numbers with lots of zeros after them.

Queef hasn’t learned in all these years that it ain’t news if it’s about the reporter. Beck reports facts , news, not what he did and who is or isn’t doing it to him. And when he states his opinion he says it’s his opinion. Doesn’t try to BS the Sheeple watching the Teeeee Veeee .
