Joseph P. Kennedy II said today he will not make a bid for the senate seat held by his late uncle Edward M. Kennedy, in a bombshell announcement expected to draw candidates-in-waiting out from the wings.
Given all that my uncle accomplished, it was only natural to consider getting back involved in public office, and I appreciate all the calls of support and friendship that have poured in, Kennedy said in a statement posted on the web site of Citizens Energy, of which he is the founder.
My father called politics an honorable profession, and I have profound respect for those who choose to advance the causes of social and economic justice in elective office, Kennedy said. After much consideration, I have decided that the best way for me to contribute to those causes is by continuing my work at Citizens Energy Corporation.

JFK jr looked nothing like his stepdad Aristotle Onassis or the Kennedys - something for which lotsa girls (like me) who had massively mad crushes on him will be forever grateful.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOES...
The divorced mother of a 16-year-old girl
_______________________________________________
She is 50...how did she get married have sex and give birth to a baby 16 years ago if she has been disabled for 34 years continuously...
Is she the step mother only ???
Just asking...
Yes, but I do think John was more good looking than his mom. He was just stop-you-in-your-tracks & drop-dead-right-there gorgeously beautiful. Ridiculously handsome. (Sigh. I feel like I'm 14 again, lol!)
You can’t trust a Kennedy, though. Supposedly, she told Deval Patrick she wasn’t interested in an appointment to the interim position. Who know what they’re up to?
I forgot about setting the twins on fire, lol.
Joe is running the mega-cash cow of Citizen’s Energy, they buy oil tax-free because it’s “chariry”, except that they can sell any excess on the market. All the Board of Directors get HUGE salaries, and they run ships all over the world to get oil and deliver it to the poor of Massachusetts.
And just try to get an annual report! I’ve tried for years and have had no lock.
Joe took over the Citizens Energy thing after Michael Kennedy, the CEO of Citizens, got accused of some crime or other, and had a “skiing accident” that killed him, so Joe left politics to run Citizens. Michael got killed playing Ski Touch Football or something (A Kennedy tradition, I think, since only Kennedys were present) and slammed into a tree.
They cannot leave Citizen’s rudderless.
My father called politics an honorable profession, and I have profound respect for those who choose to advance the causes of social and economic justice in elective office, Kennedy said. “
Spoken like a true statist Democrat.
He was a down-to-earth guy, Frisbee throwing in Central Park, just being himself.
Michael raped his 14 year old babysitter, that was the crime. John Jr.,(referring to Michael and Willy Smith) called his cousins “Poster Boys for bad behavior”.
Translation: I do not stoop so low as to campaign for a seat that is rightfully mine. Appoint me and I will serve, otherwise find some other bozo. Hugo and I have a good thing going with this oil scam anyway.
Actually, it might be better for Republicans if he DOES run! lol
Contrast the younger version.
Yeah I knew that picture reminded me off something. Then it hit me.
GOP Candidate
vs
Kennedy’s housekeeper

Her name will hardly be mentioned, even the ballot could say ‘Kennedy’s Housekeeper’
No one with me??
How about a Congress that meets for a month in the Spring and a month in the Fall and we pay them $10,000 per year?
Thank you. He certainly isn’t a young looking 57.
Great idea. Part time - that means no health insurance, vacation or sick time. It will be set up like the reserves. Their job/company must give them those two months off to serve their country.
