HACKENSACK -- The people of New Jersey need "common sense" leadership that will grow the economy and restore fiscal sanity, Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty told a crowd of Bergen County Republican campaign workers in Hackensack today.

Campaigning for GOP gubernatorial candidate Chris Christie and his lieutenant governor pick Kim Gudadagno, Pawlenty said New Jersey needs to reform taxes and other policies that inhibit business growth and job creation.

No Tim Pawlenty, nope, wouldn’t be prudent.

We have rinos up our ying-yangs, we don’t need to keep adding more of these little fringe Rockefeller/Romney twerps.

Would you care for a spot of tea to go with your milquetoast Mr. Pawlenty?

“”Pawlenty in Miami was publicly angry, agitated, and even cranky, possibly because he found himself at odds with the far more conservative tone of every other speaker here. Hundreds of RGA members, who paid thousands of dollars to attend this Conference, wildly applauded “red meat” conservative pronouncements by speakers and not the more moderate and conservative-jabbing words by Pawlenty. And then there’s his “Palin problem,” real or imagined, that hit the fan yesterday in front of the national media, possibly upon the insistence of Pawlenty himself, as the above-reported comments to CNN by an anonymous presidential aspirant indicate.””

Whether Grey Poup or some other condiments...it’s high time we start spiking the RINO’s food and drink with mega doses of testosterone. Heck we’ll settle for estrogen—anything to get these comatose republicans some fire in the belly wrapped in conservatism! Sheesh!

Chris Cristie is about as good as we are gonna get in Jersey. The RINOs in GOP sabotaged Brett Schundler. Winning in VA and NJ this year is a must.

That’s the great thing about RINOs, it’s just like electing a Democrat, only worse.

I really don’t think you folks outside of NJ realize what a sh-ty campaigner Steve Lonergan is, to say nothing of his oratory skills.

Gov. Tim Pawlenty is a big "Cap & Trade" (Ration & Tax) Guy. Cap & Trade will do exactly the opposite of "grow the economy and restore fiscal sanity".

Campaigning skills are one thing, but the state has got to have a bonafide reformist Governor, and he had the record to match his rhetoric. Christie just looks like more of the same old RINO crap. Pawlenty showing up just underscores that.
