I first thought this station HAD to be a Rush-Beck-Savage affiliate. But they are all-sports. Somebody out there must REALLY hate Dan Patrick and Class A Minor League Baseball play-by-play!
About a year and a half ago, a tower from a defunct station in Johnstown, PA was STOLEN! The thieves actually had time to take the tower down, cut it up and haul it away unobserved. Supposedly stolen for scrap metal value.

They are trying to stop Talk Radio, no doubt commands comming straight from our “Green Czar”

No... Rush is on KTTH in Seattle. I’m not sure what KRKO does. I’ve never heard of it.

There was a big controversy over those towers when they were proposed. One thing is they’re on the extended center line of runway 15/33 of Harvey Airfield. There was a safety issue there since now Harvey has a GPS approach ... just waiting for some plane to shred themselves through their guy wires on a foggy night.

Hmmm.
Maybe a disgruntled or safety-minded civil aviation pilot?
The civil aviation pilots I know would be smart enough to blame it on ELF and would probably giggle about it (and also are smart enough to keep quiet and have an alibi!).

It was probably obstructing the view from an Al Gore home.
