JERUSALEM (AP) - Israel said Friday it will construct hundreds of new housing units in West Bank settlements before any slowdown in building, an announcement that drew harsh criticism from Washington, which demands a complete settlement freeze as a prelude to renewing Mideast peace talks. Israeli officials painted the move as a concession to the U.S. demand because it might bring a temporary halt to other construction. But since it would also mean building the new units and finishing some 2,500 others now under construction, it looked more like defiance than acquiescence.

They are referring to "him", aka, -11bama. Not the US or Washington, which is temporarily occupied territory by friends of Chavez, Zelaya, PA, Hamas, Iran, North Korea, Hezbollah...

These guys are inconsistent - some actions they are attributing to the US, but others, its the personality of -11bama. This story, its what the US is doing; but on Tuesday, its about -11bama. We should not let them pick-n-choose whether its the entity of the presidency or the occupant.

Reminds one of the typical campaign events of last fall. At a McCain or Palin event, crowds chanted "YOU ESS A, YOU ESS A". At a -11bama event, it would always be "0bama... 0bama...", Axelrods selling of the candidate rather than the message.
