It is not photoshopped, but it is manipulated by a smart photographer who positioned himself in just the right position and used just the right exposure to make his boss look "God-like".

You could use Photoshop to do the same thing, but it is just as easy to do with a camera and a light behind someone.

This exactly like our steel construction church building. On the walls is the insulation package which is fiberglass insulation inside a plastic covering. Not likely there would be a light on it. It could ONLY be a temporary light, but I don't see any wire. It is very unlikely that it is a light. Looks like photoshop to me.

Also those criss cross lines you see are steel cables that hold the steel in place they are a structural part of the building not electric wires

I think it is real and the light is probably portable on a stand. Search Google for Obama Halo, the shot is nearly a cliche.
