Pot farms run by 'bad guys' getting closer to tourist spots

Drug traffickers are planting millions of marijuana plants on U.S. public lands ever closer to tourist sites, guarding their plots with heavy weaponry, federal authorities say. 1 of 3 "We destroy their plants and they come back, sometimes to the same spot, and replant," said U.S. Forest Service Special Agent Russ Arthur. "It's definitely possible that hikers and campers are going to find themselves in the middle of a field facing some very dangerous, armed bad guys, because this problem is everywhere, and it's only getting worse." Across the nation, pot sites linked to cartels have been found in 15 states as far north as Washington, Arthur said. Last week, a portion of Sequoia National Park in the Sierra Nevada was closed to visitors while rangers dropped from helicopters into a marijuana farm a half-mile away from Crystal Cave, popular among tourists.

I saw the bad guys driving a string of tanks out into the woods to shore up their need for ‘heavy weaponry’ just this morning /S — Good grief it’s CNN what did you expect, real news?

Most grow houses around here are abandoned by the time the sheriff gets to them. And yes there are plenty of them.

Racism! Mexican drug dealers should not have to be questioned by “racists.”

Pot farms run by 'bad guys' getting closer to tourist spots

Then let some 'good guys' run the pot farms, and they'll become the tourist spots.

Identify the fields, call in special forces and have them strategically place land mines. Problem solved.

Legalize the crop. Instill a reasonable tax. Please. Spend your efforts at eradicating ACORN fraud instead.

Let R.J. Reynolds, Philip Morris and Lorillard grow the stuff. It'll probably be a lot better than the ditch weed the Mexicans are growing in the forest. Cheaper too.

Not that I'll be smoking any of it here in the Navy...

We’ve been invaded by an ARMY! A young, single, male, foreign criminal ARMY that has outfinanced and outgunned our law enforcement!

Roger Hedgecock is doing a good job on this issue...we are at WAR with the Mexican drug cartels for our land! We KNOW they just burned 88,000 last month in just one fire.

And it just hit home near the Oregon border....I was up all night...watering....the tidal wave of flames was less than 1/4 mile from my home...NO lightning.....not near any homes where it started...looks like Mexican growers.

see photos of these camps here: http://towncriernews.blogspot.com/search?q=invasion+lou+dobbs

This is about more than legalizing pot. We are losing California, and it won’t be the only state if this isn’t stopped. We have been invaded by a terrorist, well funded, well ARMED foreign organized crime!

The cartels are fighting each other for territory!! These camps have 50 plus guards on each farm.

Would anyone pay attention if it was the Taliban growing poppies on our land!????

It’s time to sue DHS under the ESA provision like the enviro freaks sue the government, where we could collect atty. fees because the feds won’t enforce immigration law to stop these foreign operatives from destroying ‘endangered species’ habitat.

WAKE UP!

What is an Army....by the US Border Patrol

http://www.usborderpatrol.com/Border_Patrol901_10.htm
Immigrant Effects, Part 10 (all 10 parts are amazing!)

The United States of America spent over forty years defending itself against a terrible foe. That foe was the Soviet Union.

The United States built 70,000 nuclear weapons of 65 different types to protect ourselves from a Soviet army of two million men. That two million man army was composed of Christians (the govenment leaders were definately not Christian) who were responsible for fine art, fine music, the first man in space and rockets to the moon.

What makes up an army? An army is made of men between the age of 15 and 35.

What comes across our border by the millions each year? Men between the ages of 15 and 35.

Afghan drug lords are now teamed with Mexican drug cartels to flood our cities with heroin. In Mexico, this Muslim Connnection to the drug cartels has brought beheadings to the streets of border towns. Many Mexican cities are now surrounded by Mexican Army troops and tanks — all to quel the violence. The city of Tijuana had its entire 3,000 man police force disarmed and replaced with Mexican Federal Troops.

What we have below are two images. One is of an enemy we fought tooth and claw for seventy years nearly bankrupting our country. The other we today invite across our border with welfare, free medical care, and more. The centers of many American cities are now controlled by MS-13 and others of the most violent gangs in America’s entire history. These gangs want to kill police and federal agents to rise in reputation among their own kind. Our prisons are now filled with a violent criminal class never seen before anywhere on earth.

In all of the 70 years of the Soviet Union — including the years of the proxy war of Vietnam.— they killed fewer Americans in total than Mexican Illegal Aliens do inside this country in a single year.

It’s not the end of any story. Are we forgetting which government we’re living under? When they legalize it, they’re going to do it for the sole purpose of taxing the hell out of it.

The black market isn’t going anymore. In fact, tobacco is going to be another major commodity on it very soon.

AngelesCrestHighway:
“legalize it and be done with it”

But ACH, that’s CRAZY talk! It might lead to more people enjoying a chemically induced high.

Never mind it would save tons of money in the justice system and take away a huge source of income from criminal gangs. Nope, we need to hire more law enforcement people to hunt down pot growers and more prisons to put them in when we’ve found them.

And it would probably be a good idea to make alcoholic beverages illegal too. What could possibly go wrong?
