The military would in fact be empowered to remove the usurper from the White House and to seize temporary control of the Executive Branch and any other parts of the government under the control of the 0bamunist occupiers, because the United States Armed Forces ALL took an Oath to "Preserve, Protect and Defend" the Constitution of the United States. If they did not act, they would be in violation of that Oath.

And can you point out what part of the Constitution gives the military the power to remove a president and take control of the government? I assume that would be the part they'd be upholding, wouldn't it?

If the Constitution is being shredded by an illegal regime with no authority, the military's Oath to "preserve" the Constitution kicks in, simple as that.

You sound like that prospect gives you the shakes, are you ok?

Will you be picketing the court house begging the judge to throw the case out?

If the courts declared him ineligible, he would not *be* the President, but rather a squater in the White House.

I don't think use of the military be required to remove his sorry self. Instead they might be called on to protect his ash before trial.
