And can you point out what part of the Constitution gives the military the power to remove a president

If the courts declared him ineligible, he would not *be* the President, but rather a squater in the White House.

I don't think use of the military be required to remove his sorry self. Instead they might be called on to protect his ash before trial.

Neither. That's a matter for the civilian authorities.
