I just confirmed with the U.S. District Court Clerk's Santa Ana office that the hearing is open to the public(courtroom holds approximately 85) and I also confirmed with the clerk that it is a DISCOVERY HEARING.

The military would in fact be empowered to remove the usurper from the White House and to seize temporary control of the Executive Branch and any other parts of the government under the control of the 0bamunist occupiers, because the United States Armed Forces ALL took an Oath to "Preserve, Protect and Defend" the Constitution of the United States. If they did not act, they would be in violation of that Oath.

And can you point out what part of the Constitution gives the military the power to remove a president and take control of the government? I assume that would be the part they'd be upholding, wouldn't it?

If the Constitution is being shredded by an illegal regime with no authority, the military's Oath to "preserve" the Constitution kicks in, simple as that.

Interesting. Chuck Schumer states that he believes in privacy, but when it came to McCain, he stated that when you run for President, you lose the right to privacy, and medical records, and birth certificates and everything else, should be transparent to the public righ to know...

Wonder if he feels the same way about Obama?
