I know yall are not fans of the public health option, neither am I, Hawaii's Reps and Senators are making themselves very scarce (Tele-town halls etc). What can I do to make sure the nails are put in the coffin of both the health care plan, and Barack Obama's socialist agenda. I am legally a resident of the State of WA, so I can do things in that respect.
We should have one message and one message only: KILL THE BILL! And get the Federal government out of all health care except the VA.

Not only that, public healthcare is the most expensive stink money can buy!
Get them out of the VA.
Allow every vet with service connected disabilities/diseases to receive MediCare Treatment with no deductibles anywhere he or she want to go or needs to go regardless of their age. Pay the Drs, Hospitals a fair price to treat our vets. If they need to be in a nursing home, pay a fair price for their stay and treatments.
Close the VA Hospitals. Probably 95% of the Drs and RNS in the VAS are uber liberals and the rest are probably SEIU thugs and most of them hate Veterans and their jobs.
Sorry about your experience with the VA system. I find them to be some of the greatest doctors in the US. (And most of them speak English.) As a matter of fact, my VA doctor was my civilian doctor of choice before he got fed up with Govt insurance, and went to the VA system. I've met some of the best doctors that I know in the VA system.

The bad experience was with my Dad years ago.
I agree that the VA of many years ago was a disgrace. A lot has changed.
