I'm thinking Jason Lewis must have taken his program to national syndication since he last guest-hosted from Rush on 3/13/09. I believe going national was the reason Sean Hannity and Roger Hedgecock stopped being guest hosts on EIB.
Come to think of it, I haven't heard Paul W. Smith as guest host for a while.

Mark Davis is one of the worst guest hosts Rush has. I can’t stand listening to him. He bends over backwards to be “objective.” Mark Steyn is the best.
